I specialize in training women, children and of course men:

    • I can teach people of all ages and skill levels - beginner to advanced

I live in Vancouver BC, Canada, have an armwrestling table where I live and can teach you how to get better.

I believe that the following things will make you a better armwrestler:

    • Having endurance, strength, being fast and having good technique
    • having a positive / winning psychology
    • knowing how to use the straps when the hands come apart
    • knowing how and when to train

    - I always recomend to work on both your strengths and also your weaknesses

This will make you well rounded

    ( a great moment ! )

    Who is Clayton ?

I was not a naturally gifted armwrestler.
When I was 13 years old, It took me 2 years to beat my mother and 3 years to beat my older sister. Training to do this, made me become a better than average armwrestler when I was young.
Over the past 3 decades, I have spent countless hours staying fit, practicing, staying lean and learning the armwrestling techniques needed to win.
My arm wrestling success is current (2026)
In the 2 year span from Jan 2024 to Dec 2025, I have won over 22 medals
The video above is Clayton at the Vancouver armwrestling club trying to replicate what he saw Devon Larratt do in 2010 - take on the entire club without leaving the table.
I accomplished what I saw Devon do -
there were about 10 armwrestlers at the Vancouver club that day who participated in the challenge. I was able to beat every person two times or rounds before I was taken down by Dave hicks, multiple time world champion.
