    • How to be fast
    • How to be strong
    • How to get endurance
    • Techniques that win
    • How to be confidence.
    • How to use hand straps when the hands come apart.
    • How and when to train.

This is Clayton beating a Russian competitor but he lost by fouling out due to elbow fouls.

    Who is Clayton Faulconer ?

I am a regular person who has dedicated over 30 years to competitive armwrestling.
I was not a naturally gifted armwrestler when I was young, but I trained, learned, was committed and consistant, I never gave up and worked hard. Because of these reasons, I have reached a top level.
When I was 13 years old, It took me 2 years to beat my mother and 3 years to beat my 2 year older sister.
Practicing to beat my family, made me become a better than average armwrestler at a young age.
Over the past 3 decades, I have spent countless hours practicing, keeping lean and strong and learning the techniques needed to win.

My armwrestling success is current and I have won 10 medals so far in 2026

The video above is Clayton at the Vancouver armwrestling club doing what he saw Devon Larratt do in 2010. Devon beat one member of the Vancouver armwrestling club one after another without leaving the table.
I did accomplished what I saw Devon do:

I was able to beat every person that challenged me one after another two times or rounds before I was taken down by Dave hicks, a multiple time world champion.
