I have recently renewed my personal trainer certification from ACE. I can help people achieve their fitness goals and get fit. That can be: strength training in any gym (public or personal), how to lose weight, gain strength, gain endurance and improve your cardiovascular strength or endurance. I have done all of these things myself and can show anyone how to do the same.
We all have different goals and I can help you achieve your personal goal.
